Accreditation
Macpac is certified to ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices), confirming that our Quality Management System meets strict international requirements for supplying plastic thermoformed packaging to the medical device industry. The system focuses on risk management, strict document controls, traceability and continuous improvement.
We convert and recycle many different material substrates
Our specialist materials can meet demanding medical criteria, such as gamma irradiation stability, EO sterilisation and ESD safety for electronic devices where required.
For simpler applications, our R-PET products are made from at least 30% recycled material, and they are 100% recyclable. We can also offer RPET which contains 100% recycled material, which significantly lowers the carbon footprint of the packaging.

We make high-quality thermoformed packaging for many industries. We make all types of thermoformed packs: from simple blisters and flow wrap trays; to bespoke, complex clam packs and transit trays.
