As well as producing stock packs Macpac has the capability to create new bespoke designs, Macpac’s design and tooling team have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to creating innovative Wax melt packaging. Whether you are looking for a standard shape or a unique looking format Macpac can create drawings, samples and then the production tooling to allow a seamless development from concept to delivery of the packaging to your door.

Seasonal wax melt packaging

Having the ability to design new wax melt packing formats in house allows us to come up with a wide range of unique seasonal creations. The right material choice

All our Wax Melt packing is produced in Recycled PET (R-PET) material. The R-PET material is manufactured with a high percentage of recycled content. The recycled content in our packs varies between 50% – 90% and this more than covers the minimum requirement of the 30% recycled content required for the Plastic Packaging Tax threshold. The wax melt forming’s are also 100% recyclable.

All our Wax Melt packing has been developed with the heat of the wax taken into consideration, so every pack remains stable without distortion when filled with wax up to 70°C in temperature.
You therefore have the assurance that every Wax Melt pack whether a simple Wax Melt Clamshell pack or a detailed Wax Melt clamshell with customised engraving is up to the job.
