BOX INSERTS

Macpac designs and produces bespoke carton insert formings for a variety of market sectors from food and drink to cosmetic and medical applications. Having a bespoke forming produced helps protect your product during transit and whilst in store on the shelf. Having the capability to grip and hold products in place helps when presenting products off to their best. The outer carton offers plenty of branding space for your product.

We make our products from at least 80% recycled material, and they are 100% recyclable.

Cost effective

Our modern machinery and in-house tooling give us a huge price advantage for low volume short batch runs down to just a few thousand which is ideal for seasonal promotions or new products.

Our large production capacity means we are also very competitive for high volume production into the millions, manufacturing a wide range of trays and containers in a variety of colours as well as clear.
