Providing secure packaging during transit and the manufacturing process

Transit trays are self stacking assembly trays designed for collation and easy handling of awkward components. They are designed to protect products during shipping between factories or the end user. Transit trays are purpose designed to give maximum protection to the un-packed product and are typically used for automotive/electrical/electronic components.

Individually designed

Bespoke trays offer many advantages over conventional packaging e.g. no assembly required, no fibre contamination and the capability for re-use and recycling. In addition the trays can be designed to stack for space saving storage. The thickness of materials varies from 500micron for lightweight products right up to 3mm PS/PE for heavy-duty applications. Oil and detergent resistant materials can be used in applications where trays need to be cleaned after use. Trays can be engraved with identification codes or printed, using our print registration systems, for batch control.
