Die-Cut Packaging

Die cut packaging often complements our other thermoformed packaging ranges but can also be standalone for a variety of applications at the point of sale.

In addition to our thermoformed product ranges we also offer die-cut packaging made from a variety of substrates. Many of our POS display merchandisers and protective sleeves are made from cartonboard printed in up to 6 colours to give high quality imagery.

Clear Packs

We also supply a range of clear plastic boxes made from RPET that can be overprinted in up to 6 line colours. These transparent packs are well suited to innovative graphic designs to enhance product appearance.

Case Study

Barton Marina

Barton Marina make a range of yacht fittings for the sailing aftermarket. They needed attractive packaging that gave good product visibility with high strength for what are mostly fairly heavy products. A pre-requisite was that the pack had to be made in such a way that it could be used as a fitting template for the product so high precision was essential. A variety of sizes have since been produced with individually tailored packs to meet the stringent fitting requirements. The die cut boxes were attractively overprinted and kept tooling costs to a minimum.
