Clam packs can be designed and produced in a variety of ways to suit the customer’s requirement and budget.
For an all-out approach, then we can design and manufacture a truly bespoke clam pack to encase your product to any size and shape you require.
For a semi bespoke option try the custom cavity whereby we design a cavity to fit around the product and place this on an already existing pack format.
And for a quick-to-market and low budget option then we have a range of standard stock tools that we can offer in both the Surecel and BlisterKing ranges that have no development cost whatsoever.

Surecel Standard
Our Surecel standard range of clam packs is manufactured from stock tools and compliments the already successful BlisterKing budget range of clam packs. Surecel is the next generation of clam offering more protection.
Surecel Custom
Based on the Surecel Standard range of profiles an add-on shape designed to precisely fit your product will customise the pack with minimal tooling cost, giving a professional secure pack at an economical price.
Our BlisterKing clamshells are produced from stock tooling and provide a simple and economical packaging solution for a range of products.
