Facility Improvements

Between 2010 and 2015 we undertook 3 major planned factory expansion and refurbishment programmes. These included integration of the Hamilton Plastics Packaging business that was acquired in 2011. The final phase saw an increase in factory capacity of over 50% with extended tool rooms equipped with new CNC machine tooling centres.

The new streamlined factory facility also has a finished goods capacity of over 1000 pallets. The production hall now features 12 Illig pressure forming machines.

In the spring of 2017 the sales team which has doubled in size, moved into a purpose designed office suite adjacent to the production centre. The new offices present a more comfortable customer oriented environment away from the bustle of the manufacturing process.

During the summer of 2017 a further expansion of the toolroom facilities increased the number of CNC machining centres up to 5.
