Our high-quality thermoformed packaging has helped our customers grow their businesses for over 50 years.
We are a successful, privately owned company based in Stockport, Manchester. We are a long-established BRCGS certified manufacturer of high-quality food, medical / pharmaceutical, and general thermoformed packaging solutions. Our packaging has been helping to protect customer products since we were founded in 1973.
Over 50 years we have developed a fully in-house approach that allows us to entirely control our production. We have a creative design team who rapidly deliver samples of initial ideas, by designing and prototyping every product in-house. We set up our factory with the flexibility to efficiently produce both large volumes and small batches. This makes us highly competitive for order quantities from a thousand to tens of millions.
We provide a bespoke design service, and we also have a range of products available for immediate delivery through our online store. We design all our products to minimise environmental impact. Almost all our products are made from R-PET which is made from at least 80% recycled material and is fully recyclable. We also offer other materials such as Eco-form, and many specialist materials.
All our sales team are highly experienced and have a technical thermoforming background, with a down-to-earth and personal approach our team are here to help our clients through the process. We make high-quality thermoformed packaging for many industries. We make all types of thermoformed packs: from simple blisters and flow wrap trays; to bespoke, complex clam packs and transit trays. Our factory in Manchester handles order quantities from a few thousand to tens of millions, for local and international clients.
