For over 50 years Macpac has fine-tuned an end-to-end strategy that provides the complete ability to control the thermoforming process from first idea to manufacture and beyond with excellent customer service. It’s been the cornerstone for our success – delivering bespoke & now online ‘off-the-peg’ designs all designed and manufactured to reduce the environmental impact on society.
Our success is partly due to the simple and down to earth personal touch that all members of the team have with their customers. Macpac’s thermoforming innovation is outstanding, taking pride in creativity through our in-house design studio, developing bespoke packaging solutions no matter what market sector you’re looking to develop packaging for.
We work diligently with customers to deliver what they want, designed to impress, and cost-effective tooling while supporting their clients through the thermoforming process from an idea to delivery.

We make high-quality thermoformed packaging for many industries. We make all types of thermoformed packs: from simple blisters and flow wrap trays; to bespoke, complex clam packs and transit trays. Our factory in Manchester handles order quantities from a few thousand to tens of millions, for local and international clients.
