We have taken delivery of our third new pressure forming machine this year taking the total to 12 machines. The RV74d machine completes the latest new high speed machine hall at our Stockport thermoforming headquarters. This new facility is now full operational giving us even greater flexibility with increased manufacturing capacity.
Certified to BRC/IOP and ISO 9001, we manufacture thermoformed packaging and trays for a diverse cross section of food and non-food industries. During the past 3 years the company has invested nearly £2m in expansion that has seen the development of the largest privately owned and most modern equipped facilities in the UK.
To keep pace with the increased manufacturing capacity we have also invested in 2 new CNC machines and extended the in-house toolroom facility. New warehousing has also been installed that increases the ability to store over 800 pallets of finished goods on behalf of customers.
We will be demonstrating our capabilities at Packaging Innovations London 14-15 September at Olympia stand F70. They will also be showing their Plantpac horticultural packaging ranges at FourOaks September 6-7 and GroSouth on November 9th.
