Pack design

Designing packaging that works for you

The structure of any pack will determine its ability to perform in its primary task - to protect your product during transit, through the supply chain and in the retail environment. Good packaging design is about creating a pack that performs well, is functional, economical to produce, minimises waste and looks aestethically pleasing

Combiming all of these elements into a single pack can be difficult but, thanks to years of experience and the latest CAD and solid modeling technology, is something that we are proud that we regularly achieve.

All samples are made on our in-house 24 station CAD machining centre ensuring complete accuracy and consistency from samples to production. The exceptional level of precision permits us to make very high specification formings. We have extensive expertise using all thermoformed materials such as PVC, APET, PETG, Polypropylene, GAG, ABS and PE.

Full CAD drawings can be prepared for presentation purposes at any stage during the toolmaking process. Solid modeling enables lifelike images to be produced that incorporate your product within the pack 3D visualisations – perfect for making marketing presentations or to see how the pack will look at the POP.

Increase sales

In addition to improving performance and cost efficiencies, the design of a pack can help to identify and distinguish a brand from its competitors and add to its perceived value - something that is increasingly important in todays crowded marketplace. Combined with good graphic design, these factors can often help to increase sales
