Four Simple Steps to Producing the Perfect Blister Pack for Your Product

Choose a base plinth

Measure your product and decide from the plinth table which size will best fit your dimensions, allowing sufficent space for graphics.

Create a custom cavity

From a sample of your product, our expert in-house toolmakers will create an add-on tool using our CAD-CAM system that creates a blister precisely fitted to your product. The add on tool is then combined with the plinth producing a secure blister pack

Design & print the insert card

We will generate a die line for the graphics insert card. Our in-house design studio can design this for you and we can even arrange to get these printed

Assemble the pack

Simply assemble the eurocel pack, product and insert card to create the finished pack. Our in-house contract packing facility can do this for you at a a very competitive cost.

Case Study

After winning a lucrative contract for a range of DIY products from a major retailer, John Carney of Cheshire Mouldings Ltd required both the packaging and machinery to allow him to a variety of products in very short turnaround times.

We found that the most flexible and low-cost solution for John was to use the C5 Eurocel, onto which could be fitted a wide range of add-on tools to both the front and reverse of the pack in order to take his bulky and heavy products. The Eurocel affords John's products high, all-round protection due to the excellent positive-formed cavities which prevent crumpling.

Stock Blister Pack

We manufactured all the welding jigs, shuttles and add-on tools using our own in-house CAD facility and toolrooms. Macpac engineers also fully refurbished a welding machine which was commissioned at John's factory, having been fully tested at Macpac before delivery. We were able to offer the same 12 month warranty as a new machine for a fraction of the cost
