When electronic distributor Farnell approached us to package a range of electronic chips into a single pack we were also required to supply a tray system to hold the packs and ensure that all components were manufactured from anti-static materials.
Electronic manufacturers often supply products such as memory cards in plastic tubes that make handling the product awkward. One such company approached us to simplify the handling process. The resultant clam pack design was easy to open and made removal of product as simple as possible with the minimum of handling. The packs we made from anti-static PET that conformed to the required industry standards.
