Types of Custom Packaging
Thermoformed Tricel PackagingTricels®

Free standing 3 section packs, typically for high profile, high quality products. Tricels can be designed to be extremely secure with our high security press stud closures.

Box Set Packaging Boxed Set Trays

Products are often displayed in gift boxes with acetate windows. In this case a tray is required to properly display the products. These can be made of any colour HIPS or flocked material or anti-static PVC for electronic applications

Printed Packaging Die Cut Packaging

Clear presentation boxes, combined with a formed insert for maximum shelf appeal, printed cardboard packaging including folding cartons and shelf trays.

Thermoformed Shelf Display Shelf Display Trays

These typically require dedicated tooling as no two products are usually packed in the same way. They are ideally suited to point of sale display applications.

Custom thermoformed Transit TrayTransit Trays

These are dedicated trays designed to protect products during shipping between factories or to the end user. They offer maximum protection to the un-packed product. These are typically used for electronic/industrial components right through to food and medical applications.
